RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
Startwarrior accepts the return of online orders within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused, and in the same condition as it was received by you and must be returned in the original packaging. To request a refund, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must have a Return Authorisation prior to return. To return your product please email returns@startwarrior.com You will be sent a Return Authorisation number and a form to complete by return mail which must be included with the product when you return it.
Once your product has been received by us, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days from receipt of your product. If your return is approved we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are seeking a replacement product due to damage, this claim must be made within 30 days of purchase. You will need to request a Return Authorisation as outlined above. Once your claim is accepted, the repaired or replacement product will be shipped to you or a refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to determine (in our absolute discretion) whether to send you a refund or replacement.
It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item where the product is to be returned to you or replaced. Shipping costs included in the original sale are not refundable.
Startwarrior is not responsible if your product is lost in transit when returning it to us. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.
